Smedley Distinguised Award is the highest rank of annual recognition to Toastmasters Districts for their prominent progress and marvelous growth of clubs and members. The distinguished awards are presented to all Toastmasters Leaders world wide at the International Convention 2019, on 21-24 August 2019 in Denver Colorado.
District 97P is the corporation of the Toastmasters organization for all 50 clubs of Toastmasters chartered in 5 countries – Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam.
